Paloma had been working in real estate, helping people find homes and transforming them through interior design so they truly felt their own.
Manuel flew around the world as a commercial pilot, balancing his life in the cockpit with his career as a musician, an essential part of who he has always been.
Despite coming from different worlds, We were united by the same desire: to build something with purpose, that would unite our passions and our way of understanding life, to share projects, dreams, a vision of home, of work, of attention to detail. Something that would allow us to take care of others, as we take care of each other.
One day we decided to buy an apartment near Madrid airport. The idea was simple: to offer a beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed place for other aviation professionals who, like Manuel, needed a temporary shelter with the soul of home. What we didn't know was that this investment would be the first brick of something much bigger.
Little by little, what we were doing with care began to attract attention. We started managing similar properties for other investors and owners who didn't want to embark on a new business, but rather optimize their properties without complications. SIMPLE LIVING..
And it was there, almost without us realizing it, that it was born LUCAS & CAVA. Not just as a company, but as an extension of who we are: two people who believe in doing things with love, with empathy, with real attention to those who trust us.
